Meet the Therapist

Assisting individuals of the greater Midwest region of Wisconsin since 2013; Nikki Pingel, LMT is a graduate of the Western Technical College Therapeutic Massage program in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Upon graduation, Nikki began her practice as a mobile massage practice catering to her clients’ needs from their homes. She decided to further her education in 2014 in the technique of Traditional Thai Yoga Massage in Alejeula, Costa Rica and became certified to practice this modality.

Holistic, energy and intuitive healing have always been a passionate importance to Nikki. Eager to learn more about the universal life flow; in 2016 she sought knowledge and became certified to practice Reiki energy healing. Since then, she has continued to grow and build her practice working primarily throughout the Sparta/Lacrosse area. Along the way, she has completed coursework in a wide variety of massage techniques including Reflexology and Myofascial Release. In the past, Nikki has specialized in deep tissue techniques, but has adjusted her focus to combination modalities for therapeutic pain relief purposes.

As an empathic and intuitive healer, Nikki is very passionate about assisting others along their path towards a better “well being”. Nikki believes there is no ‘one size fits all’ for healing and promotes an integrative holistic approach to wellness. In the future, she aspires to further her education in the techniques of Traditional Thai Massage, Craniosacral, and Myofascial Release therapies.

Outside of business, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family as a proud mother of two. She also loves being engaged in nature, gardening and the arts.
